At Fat Cowboys, our number-one goal is to serve great food in an entertaining, country atmosphere. We take the time to ensure that your food is the best you can find in the Pleasanton area, whether it’s a hot-off-the-mesquite grilled burger or a fresh-from-the-sea snapper fillet. Fat Cowboys is a restaurant for the whole family – from the little kickers to the lively seniors – and our menu features something for everybody. But beyond the food, we also focus on providing an entertaining, relaxed atmosphere in which you can have fun while you wait for your dinner. We’ve got half-price margaritas from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday nights, when the adults need a night on the town, and we proudly feature live entertainment every Friday night.
